Comprehensive Care Plan

When a patient is admitted to Forest View, the patient and/or the family meets with a team of therapists, nurses, and social workers to develop a Comprehensive Care Plan. By using this interdisciplinary approach, we make sure that each individual patient receives the personalized care he or she needs. All therapy that the patient receives is based on this Care Plan, which is continuously updated based on the patient’s progress.

Nursing Rehabilitation

Our dedicated staff is specially trained to help patients who are not physically mobile to get out of bed and walk around. We give special attention to each patient to make sure that he or she is comfortable and get as much activity as possible.
